Frequently Asked Questions

How should I contact you to inquire?

To get in touch, you can use the contact tab on my website or email me directly at kmuzikphotography@gmail.com. While I love connecting on Instagram, I can’t guarantee I’ll see your message there in a timely manner. To stay organized and ensure I don’t miss your inquiry, I kindly ask that all communication be sent through my website or email. Thank you for understanding

Can I bring my pet?

Absolutely! Pets are part of the family, and I’d love to include them in your session. Whether it’s your playful pup, curious cat, or any other furry (or feathered!) friend, they’re more than welcome as long as the location chosen permits. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and make the session comfortable for everyone—including your pet!

Where can I find your pricing?

My rates vary depending on the type of session you’re looking for. To see all the details and find the best option for you, please check out the investment tab on my website. If you have any questions or need help choosing the right package, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!

Do you offer mini-sessions?

Yes, I do offer mini-sessions at select times throughout the year! These shorter sessions are perfect for capturing quick updates, seasonal photos, or special occasions. Be the first to know about upcoming mini-session dates and availability by following me on social media and subscribing to my newsletter!

What is your cancellation policy like?

My cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to keep things fair and flexible for everyone. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible. However, if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session, you will forgo your retainer fee. I understand that life happens, and I’ll do my best to work with you, but advanced notice is greatly appreciated so we can plan accordingly!

Please note: Weddings have a more strict cancellation policy due to the extensive planning and time commitment involved. The full terms for wedding cancellations and rescheduling are outlined in the contract provided at booking.

How far in advance should I book my session?

I recommend booking your session as early as possible to ensure your preferred date and time are available! For most sessions, 4-6 weeks in advance is ideal. However, for weddings, events, or busy seasons like spring and fall, booking several months ahead is highly encouraged. If you’re on a tight timeline, feel free to reach out—I’ll do my best to accommodate you!
